Mission Statement

An authentic community of Christ followers, restored and healed through the liberating Word of God, who extend His love in our city, neighborhoods, and to the nations.

Core Values
Authenticity, Restoration, Community, Discipleship, and Presence

Our five core values describe how we live out our mission.  They echo themes found in healthy churches worldwide  and speak to the longings of today’s generation :

1. Authenticity

We walk in truth and grace, living with honesty and integrity before God, ourselves, and one another. We reject pretense and embrace vulnerability, creating a space where real lives are transformed by real love. We bring our whole, flawed selves into community, trusting that God meets us as we truly are.

Scripture: “Therefore, having put away falsehood, let each one of you speak the truth with his neighbor, for we are members one of another.”Ephesians 4:25

2. Restoration

We believe that God is in the business of restoring what is broken. Through the living Word and the power of the Holy Spirit, we are being healed spiritually, emotionally, and relationally, as we journey toward wholeness.

Scripture: “He restores my soul. He leads me in paths of righteousness for His name’s sake.”Psalm 23:3

3. Community

We were never meant to walk alone. We are a spiritual family, interdependent, grace-filled, and rooted in love. In a fragmented world, we bear each other’s burdens and live together in unity and joy.

Scripture:

“They devoted themselves to the apostles’ teaching and to fellowship, to the breaking of bread and to prayer.”Acts 2:42 (NIV)

4. Discipleship

We follow Jesus with intention, growing in faith and obedience through Scripture, prayer, and mutual accountability. Discipleship is not just belief. It is a way of life that shapes how we love, serve, and make more disciples.

Scripture:

“Whoever wants to be my disciple must deny themselves and take up their cross daily and follow me.”Luke 9:23 (NIV)

“Go therefore and make disciples of all nations… teaching them to observe all that I have commanded you.”Matthew 28:19-20

5. Presence

We choose to be present in the world as a visible expression of Christ’s love. Just as Jesus dwelt among us, we intentionally show up with compassion, justice, and grace. Presence is mission.

Scripture: “The Word became flesh and dwelt among us.”John 1:14
