Joseph Dominick Martinez, also known as Dr. J.D., is a passionate visionary who is the Executive Pastor at The Elements Church. With more than 20 years of ministry experience, he serves the spiritual and emotional needs of our church family while equipping leaders to live, love, and lead with courage and clarity.
Dr. J.D. holds a Ph.D. in Organizational Leadership from Regent University and brings deep theological and organizational insight to his leadership. He is especially committed to addressing toxic leadership and fostering emotionally safe, Spirit-filled spaces where every voice matters. His work focuses on helping churches dismantle silencing systems and build cultures rooted in trust, integrity, and healing.
A graduate of NYU’s Drama program and holder of an MBA in Media Management from Metropolitan College of New York, Dr. J.D. also brings a creative lens to ministry. He blends prophetic wisdom, systems thinking, and pastoral care to support the growth and flourishing of our community.
